Weight Loss

There are so many ways to lose weight, such as:  Following a diet (whatever one seems to  be popular at that time) and  physical exercise (walking, jogging, gym, swimming)   I am sure there are new diets or a new exercise craze going on right now, that I have missed.

Since weight loss encompasses a broad range of topics, I thought it would be helpful to discuss some of the more known programs and review the pros and cons.
